pricing plans

My personal training plans are all for 1 hour blocks and offer flexible options to fit your needs. One-on-one sessions provide 100% of my attention for a full hour, plus a monthly fitness plan for training outside our sessions. Train with a friend to reduce the overall price while still receiving personalized plans based on your goals. Small group training (up to 4 people) also includes individualized plans tailored to each participant’s unique goals.
